Double Digits!

Emma turned ten on July 16! Wow! Emma, my mom and I had a wonderful time on the coast of Maine. It was a fun way to celebrate. We had such warm balmy weather that the water actually felt good! We ate ice cream, searched for shells and squished the sand between our toes. And meanwhile, back at home, Anna bonded with her "Papa" and the gents handled everything with ease!

Today's big news features a haircut for Anna (provided by Samuel and retrofitted by Mama) and crayon art on the wall. Never a dull moment at the Ruegsegger house . . .

Uh-oh, big brother haircut, eh? Maybe he'll become a real-life barber. They seem to be a dying breed.
