A Teenager in the House!
As parents of a teenager, I suppose that Steve and I have officially joined the ranks of "seasoned parents." Here are a few little factoids about our teenager. Michael has: blue eyes, braces (one year down, one year to go), great hair (one friend says he looks like a Yale boy), and super friends. He is: a sports lover, a geography ace, an affable big brother, and generally a lot of fun to be around. We are thankful that he started us on this parenting adventure. We hope he'll bear well all the times we've made mistakes on him and fixed them later on his siblings. We love you, Michael!

Ah, yes, doesn't it feel weird to have a teenager? It doesn't seem possible, but David turned 13 in November. It's gradually seeming more normal around here by now to have a teenager in the house. :)
